All the love in the world can fit in 2.5 kilos – that is how much does little Dipsy weighs. He was born on a cold January night, was almost killed by (non)humans, saved at the last moment and eventually became a family pet.
The adorable Aki was called Trapa until yesterday. He was looking for a home until yesterday. He is a real lucky guy – he managed to settle down and find love with Tamara and her boyfriend. And the very beginning of his little life was not promising.
Busy Belgrade streets, numerous cars and uninterested passers-by never give a chance for life and survival to such small live beings like kittens. Little Sima was no different from a large number of abandoned pets. We managed to adopt him, but he died of illness just two months after adoption.
It is sad when unwanted pets end up on the street. It is even more sad when the adopters, for reasons known only to them, call to return the adopted animal, breaking their already broken heart for the second time. Ana found her happiness only the third time.
Beautiful, smart, good… However, she grew up on the street! We noticed her sneaking between cars on one of Belgrade’s bridges. And took her with us so that she wouldn’t get hurt! And, as of recently, Tilly lives in Novi Sad!
He hasn’t recognized the world around him, and he’s left! And not in any way, but in a bag, neatly attached to the container. Bottle-fed. Adopted in Novi Sad, then returned. Little Dotty finally got a home he deserves and became an equal member of the family.
Slavko is one of the 3 kittens we found in the bag. With a lot of trouble, we managed to feed him, raise him and adopt him! Everything went well until the adopter informed us that Slavko could no longer stay with her.
Adorable two-month-old Divna was left in a box on a cold December day. She was nearly frozen, hungry, thirsty and scared. We recovered her, raised her together with cats and dogs of a similar fate and waited for the best possible adopters to adopt her!
Our sad daily life: selfishness, lack of empathy for other living beings, primitivism… Saved from death, escaped from the shovel and a trash container, they all found homes and deserved that happiness finally smiled on them.
Female name, but a male kitten! Thrown out at just a few weeks old, so little that we couldn’t even tell the gender. Cared for and adopted by a great girl. Mia, thank you for your trust! But Peppa’s story didn’t have the best start…
